Im currently doing an upper/lower body split. Im using defrancos skinny bastard workout with a few changes. I have no problem working out my upperbody, i like working out on these days. But i havent worked my lower body in a while. Im just not motivated enough. I figure i should switch to a fullbody to force me to do lowerbody. Id like to stick with defrancos upperbody routine, but could i get away with just doing squats and deadlifts for lowerbody?
