well i just have one simple question.. any tips on getting rid or at least toning down the love handels?? i have an excercise ball if that can do anything.. also i have some 3 lb weight and access to a weight room.. so i can try just about anything.. i am just trying to get these things gone!

0h i just thought of one more thing.. i have been doing ab excercises for a while now.. and it is helping i can feel it tighting up.. but the lower part of my stomach sticks out.. and i just want it flat.. is there anyway to do that..

if you can give advice on either of these that would be awesome..
 
You need to get rid of fat - that means do some weight training and your cardio. Just having the good abs isn't going to cut it if they are covered by a layer of fat. And that is probably what the situation is now... so do some total body weight training and do your cardio. The stomach will get better!
