I decided to start a diary of the foods that I am eating throughout the day, and the workouts I do. Lately I have been feeling more hungry than usual, and I was lightheaded tonight AGAIN. no im not pregnant...lol I did start a new birth control pill last week, and since I have gained 3 pounds!! it just look..bloated. so im going to call my doctor on friday about it. but i figured if I posted my activities and such here, if you guys have any suggestions for different meals that are better than what Im eating, or maybe tell me if you think im even eating right for the activites I do, I would really appreciate it... so here goes...
6:30 am... 1 cup kashi go lean cereal, with strawberries and blueberries added, with 3/4 cup organic skim milk.
8:30am... 1 medium red apple
845 am... jogged 1 mile and walked 1 mile along beach. This is my day off from the gym. Dont get many of those anymore
10 am.. start work. I am a veterinary assistant and am on my feet running through the clinic all day...good times
10:30... Lowfat Breyers yogurt 100 calories
1.00 pm... lunch tuna sandwhich on whole wheat bread, with 1 tablespoon fatfree mayo, with 1/2 cup baby carrots, and 1/2 cup green grapes
3.00pm 1 stick sargento lowfat string cheese 50 calories
5.15 pm... dinner 4 ounces grilled chicken breast, 1/2 baked sweet potato plain, 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
Was starting to feel light headed and like I was starving to death by the time I got home at 8.30 tonight, so I went ahead and ate a pita (60 calories) with 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter. (200 calories probably)
