Kosher diet?

Hi, I am a 20 year old, 5'11" 175lb male. I want to find out some info on what type of diet I should consider - right now I eat whatever, and it shows. I am trying to lose weight, and get more abs and stamina. What type of diet would be right for me, keeping in mind the kosher aspect (so no bacon etc).

search the forums. We cover 'what should I eat?' about 16 times a week.

You know what's kosher and what isn't...so just look at LV's grocery list in the Nutrition section, and cross off anything non-kosher...mostly the limited pork products.

What you "SHOULD" eat is tons of green veggies, some fruits, lean meat, eggs, chicken, cottage cheese, and WHOLE GRAINS...like oatmeal (not bread, pasta, etc).

you'll find a healthy diet is damn near kosher to start with.
 
Thanks! I just need some better diet than what I have now - bowl of sugar ceral (whole milk) and banana for breakfast, toasted everything (salted too) bagel with cream cheese for lunch, and a random dinner, or if i miss dinner usually an italian ices at night. Not the most healthy.
