I started taking konjac root fiber. I LOVE IT! I made this video to prove it works. There are lots of different brands on amazon.com. You can get it for as little as $6.99.

Let me know if any of you have taken it, and if you like it. I've been taking it for just two weeks now. I've lost 4 pounds.
 
by the way, I found out about this kind of fiber on the Dr. Oz show.
