I've gained so much encouragement from viewing before/during/afters of other people that I wanted to share my own to help motivate others.

Since starting w/ my personal trainer, I've lost an average of 2 lbs per week. I exercise 6 days a week and eat lean proteins and complex carbs (plus 2 dove dark chocolates a day - those aren't trainer approved though).

Before Dec. 2006 - 258 lbs

Random pictures just to show progress. I think I'm down to my weight during freshman year of college. I used to hate my picture being taken. Now, I'm ok with it. Actually, I think I'm looking pretty good - I'm definitely feeling good. So glad to have the double chin gone and my collar bone is starting to show! Oh, these shorts are a size 12!!!!

Wow, what a transformation! Well done, you look great! Wish I could get away with wearing shorts like that ... one day! :D You look much younger now too. Those pics are really inspiring :)

I never posted before, I kinda just looked on at everyone's progress.. but you're doing so great! You really are inspirational!!

You look so much better and younger. You look like a college aged person in the last set of photos.

*jaw dropping*

Holy smokes! You are completely unrecognizable from your before pictures? You are beautiful and you look about 15 years younger!!!

Congratulations!

WOW :eek2: you look amazing............what a wonderful transformation; you looks so good now and you are still about 56 pounds away from your goal weight......cant imagine how you would look then. Great job; you should be so proud of yourself....

OMG! Thanks for all the kind words everybody!

collegeri: Everybody tells me my trainer looks like Brad Pitt. I don't see it. They tell me it's his smile. I guess he doesn't smile too much during my workouts - he's too busy yelling "squats" "now lunges". Of couse, he is in a happy relationship.

JeremyRice: I am very single! Can you believe that I rarely go on dates and I rarely have anyone respond to my on-line dating profiles? I used to think that no one wanted to date someone who was a plus-size, but now I don't know what to think.

Wow you look beautiful. Your hard work has really paid off! I think I would make it to the gym more often if my trainer were that cute, LOL!
