Four weeks ago yesterday I started changing things about my lifestyle, hoping to lose weight and just generally be healthier. I started jogging for about 30 minutes four/five times a week (and i've been increasing the time gradually) followed by a whole bunch stomach exercises I looked up on the internet. In terms of diet, it's still far from perfect but I changed a few important things, such as cutting down portion sizes, switching to wholegrain everything, eating way more fruit etc. I thought I was doing really well and I was proud of myself for sticking to all that, but I haven't really noticed much change in how I look..
I certainly don't think I've lost any weight, and apparently from more muscle tone in my arms, legs and stomach (only a little here). And most annoyingly, my skin is still in terrible condition
I haven't been weighing myself (mostly because i'm scared to step on the scales in the first place) but I was hoping to at least FEEL a little better by now.
I'm just wondering what other things I should be doing?
