I recently joined a Kick Boxing lean and fit class at our local martial arts place and it is amazing! In just two weeks of going every second day I am really starting to look defined and fit. Most everybody else in the class have been going for awhile now and their arms and legs look really good. I didn't have to lose weight - just tone up (a lot!). And I've always eaten pretty good but lately I've been eating better, or at least trying to. It's really nice to feel and see muscle starting to build in such a short period of time.
Anyway, I just wanted to mention this most amazing kind of workout to those that aren't interested in lifting weights and want to see results fast!
