It's been over a year since I've lost al this weight and have maintained it. It toko 2 years to lost all the 101 lbs.I was at my highest 28.8%. Im' now at 11%. My lowest bodyfat was around 9-10%.

This is me at my lightest, 149 lbs. I had the most abdomen definition, despite excess skin, but was too thin . My bodyfat in that picture was definitey lower than 11%:

AReally great stuff, I just hope that now you are done with losing the weight, you won't disappear from the forum. Would like to see future updates on you. Are you planning to start lifting weights or just maintain now???

today.rode 17 miles riti a cycling group.it was a blast! Skin seems to keep tighten ing more.feeling proud of my body today! Heres a recent photo.funnnyy thing is abs show more than my chest......I'm thinking I lost the most weight around my waist...

Congratulations!! You are an inspiration, that's for sure. As someone with 80 pounds to lose, it can seem impossible, then I see pics like yours and remember that I can do it!!

Fantastic career goal too!! I love that you are using your experience to help those around you. Very respectable. I have a year and a half left in my Social Work degree, and I'm hoping to be at my goal by then and help others in a way similar to you! Thanks for posting!

AWell I'm in disbelief right now...first time I've seen six pack on me.I just had to pull up the loose chest skin and I can honestly finally see the top row under the loose skin.I really don't want to brag about that.I've decided to follow buddism and I feel much happier tnow.still in disbelief sometimes...I mean I can't believe I actually I remember joking to the guy at the gym when I started that I wanted to get a 6 pack. I never thought I would a achieve it.. now that I can see it, I realize happy to be healthier but I wish that I didn't expect happyness from it
