I just started working out with a kettlebell, I can't afford to find proper training nor would I even know where to look. I've watched videos, read things and looked at screenshots, as far as I can tell I'm doing the workouts properly, and I'm avoiding taking impact from the weight, but I can't escape the sheer weight of it alone putting a lot of pressure on my forearms, anyone else ever had this problem? Is it just wrong technique?
