I used to train with the kettle-bell a few years ago but then my hypothyroidism got out of control and no matter what I did the weight just piled on. However, it's back under control and the weight is slowly starting to come off, so I was just wondering what exercises you would all recommend I do, in order for me to lose weight and tone up. I know it's all to do with a good clean diet and that is what I'm working on too
