Hey to all yeap i am 52 and a wee out of shape.I am slowly getting back found a good doc to keep my back in shape,working on shoulders also.I have used low impact as a builder,45 min and 10 miles every day on a stationary bike.Weights are just starting that program and will take Karate lession as soon as i find a good one to attend.I was military and seems they put it in you not to quit and stay in shape.I am here to get answers and info.
