I heard kelp has about 9 calories and lots of iodine. I'm after the iodine because I heard it helps burn fat. And on MTV's Made there was a fat kid who wanted to lose weight and he had to drink about 3 seaweed shakes everyday and he lost about 40.
UGH seaweed shakes?! Seaweed on it's own is ok, but don't eat too much of it. Oh research that iodine thing, it sounds like a scam. but make sure you do get iodine, otherwise you'll get that weird thyroid bloating disease.
