Keeping track?

I don't know if anybody else feels this way, but has anyone been using their phone to keep track of what they eat? I have the droid and there is a calorie counter program that is a life saver!! When going out to eat you can figure out how many calories are in dishes and can make smarter choices. Makes this eating right thing so much easier!
 
Yeah I use one of the free ones for the iphone where you can plot your own data into it, i just moved the data I needed from the nutritional values database of raw foods into it and then I can compose whichever dinner I'm eating and figure it out, works like a charm.

The only problem with these apps seems to be the ridiculous data already present about what is in which food, aparently some people seem to think that there is something like 20kcal in a kinder maxi bar... if only.... I would be so happy! :p
 
I used Livestrong for android for a while ... now I'm pretty good at knowing the values of what I eat regularly, but I still use my phone to log on and check when I'm thinking about trying something new.

Gotta love technology!!!
