I've been dieting for a little while now but I'm affraid that I've lost the weight too quickly and I am affraid the the weight will just come back. Is there anything I can do to keep the weight off. I've been doing a "vegan" diet type thing and i'm affraid that once I adjust my diet to include meats and other things that the weight will come back. after I'm done and I stick to a 2000 calorie diet will that be enough to keep the weight loss??
