karate, tennis, lifting

I'm new to the page and these are my hobbies. I have others of course, but they don't pertain to Fitness.com ;-):cool:

Just wanted to say hello to all and feel free to get a hold of me--I'm like a sponge (I want to soak up all the knowlage i can--not like I'm squishy or something)

also, is there a way to be notified when someone responds to one of your posts?
I don't want to have to search the whole thing everytime.

I went ahead and read a buch of threads before joining--I noticed yours in particular.

You seem to have some good info, so I'll prob be asking you for guidance in the future (if you don't mind)

I've been lifting pretty hard for about 8 months--before that I lifted, but didn't know what I was doing--I spent two years overworking myslef and wasting money before I got serious, stoped drinking, starrted eating and started seeing results.

I am now getting my certification from NASM.

Was wondering what you think about the whole arginine/NO movement? I posted NO and BS earlier in bodybuilding--did you see it, just wanted to get your opinions--thanks again

I'm studding to be a trainer--just had my first class last night. I'm not sure how I'm going to balance all this stuff. The class is hard, plus I'm already is school full time (14 hrs) at the Missouri School of Journalism. I'm excited but worried at the same time.

Tony, you practice kung-fu? I thought I saw you on a martial arts board. How's that going, how long?
