Im doing this diary mainly for myself just so I can see exactly where im up to, you are more than welcome to help me along the way, infact, do please help me lol its going to be a big one!
Im 21 years old and currently size 18-22, im 5'3 so I prob look alot bigger due to how small I am. Im not sure on my exact weight until Tuesday when I can pick some scales up and to be quite honest, the thought of weighing myself terrifies me.
My fiance is planning on loosing weight with me which will be a big help and we can encourage each other along the way, but I still need help from you guys
As im currently out of work, I spend most of my time at home, sitting at the computer, reading or cross stitching and that needs to change. We're planning on going swimming once or twice a week along with walking. I cant afford to join a gym until I get myself a fulltime job
Im planning on tracking everything I eat to help me, that way I know what I can change.
My goal is to get back down to a size 12 eventually but I know this will take ages, I dont mind how long it takes as long as it happens.
