Hello everyone,

Long story short, either my recent ex-wife was a wonderful chef, or our comfort levels change and we let ourselves go, but my goal is to obtain my pre-relationship weight. I started exercising and dieting (rather just eating healthier) and in 2 months time I have proudly went from 190 lbs to 173lbs. My goal now, is to lose fat more than weight, so I joined for support and to support others in thier own goals.
