So a year ago (Freshman year in college) I attended a seminar about healthy eating and it changed my life, like really.
I was 229lbs, at 5'7. And in a few months I got down to 190lbs.
Since then I've been having a hard time staying motivated. Those relationships and break-ups tend to do that. I fluctuate from 190-197lbs. I started working out and eating healthy again and lost 2 pounds this past week.
I hope this forum could give me a little motivation to help me keep on pushing towards my healthy weight range.
