Hello all. I am new to this forum but not new to the weight loss challenge. I lost alot of weight back in 2000 and had kept it off until 2005...Since then I haven't had as much time to exercise as I would like and am a horrible emotional eater. But I am sick and tired of being overweight again and want to do something about it. So any suggestions or ideas would be wonderful. Thanks and good luck to everyone here.

Emotional eating can really derail one's weight loss, but there are lots of ways to recognize the triggers and implement other actions instead.
