Just started

Hello there everyone.

I'm Grayer, nice to meet you. I just started losing weight this week(though there's not much weight to lose). My only problem is that there are a few areas on my body that has stubborn fat particularly my arms, waist, abs, thigh and glutes.

Before I go on I must give you some information about me

Gender: Male
Age: 17
Height: 5"3'
Weight: 114.8lbs
Daily calorie intake: 1200
Equipments available: Fitness ball, push up supporters(that's what I call it), dumbells and those bar thingies with weights on the side that you use for squats(sorry, don't know what they're called)

I heard that I should have a daily calorie deficit in order to lose fat. How much calories should I cut off?

As you can see, I don't have any equipment for any cardio workout here at home. What should I do for my cardio exercise?

What should I do for my weight training? I want to achieve those hot abs that everyone's craving for, while having a toned body. What exercises should I do for starters?

What kind of food should I eat to lose fat?

I have whey protein available here at home, is it good for supporting muscle gain?

Is my daily calorie intake safe for me? Or is it too little to support my daily activities?
