Lol...I'm from England my name's Andrea =) Yes I'm female ( could've been an Italian guy...ya never know ya never know!) . Anyway I was browsing online trying to keep my motivation peaked and I came across this great site! I got so much motivation myself from looking at some of you guys' before /after/during photos W-O-W....If you can do it I know I can!
Anyhow I started my 'journey' at 180 pounds about a week and a half ago and I'm going strong...Already lost half a stone as of last Saturday, probably more now
I just can't wait for the summer and to feel good in that bikini! I'm sure you know the feeling
