Hi I just joined. I'm not new to diets but brand new to forums. I have lost about 80lbs since October 07. I have been going up and down with the same 5 lbs for some time now and have been exercising to try to break the cycle.

I know how annoying it can be to tackle 5 lbs that dont want to go away. If you've only been dieting Excersize is the perfect answer. all you have to do is keep doing that and you shouldn't have a problem
