Hi, I'm new here.
I need to lose a few stones in weight to help my back problem, I've had disc replacement but still suffer a lot with it. I have just found that I can use an exercise bike without to much pain from my back.
I was 14.5 stone (203 pounds)a few weeks ago when I started and my maximum weight for height should be 12 stone (168 pounds).
I have to confess that I've been around 14-15 stone for the past 10 years and have tried a few times to reduce my weight but have given up without success.
This time I'm really determined, I need some fitness back so I can try returning to work and I'm hoping not carrying extra weight will go a long way to reducing my back pain.
