Hello Everyone,

I’m just here to introduce myself a little. I have been overweight for most of my life and it has never really bothered me that much despite the fact I thought it would be cool to be jacked. Then a few years ago I started wanting to lose weight a little but didn’t really do much, I went to the gym for a few months and actually started losing weight then stopped. Now however I have decided that enough is enough, I have a 2 year old son and I don’t want him to be an unhealthy weight and want him to be active and I want to be a role model for that with him. So I am starting to lose weight.

I would also like to add that I am a new vegetarian…have been for about 2 or three months now which dropped my weight significantly, at least 20 pounds but I think it might have been 30 or more (I rarely weigh myself). I feel a little better since doing it so hopefully that will continue to be beneficial as well.

Oh and I am 21 years old and a male.
