Hey! Just thought I'd finally post up here. I'm 21, and I live down here in the valley of the sun, AZ. Quick history. It was just over a year ago I saw my self in a picture and was disappointed in how I looked. Right after that I dusted off the gym membership I'd been paying for 3 years, and actually used it! Imagine that! Anyways, it's been a year, and I've been on a weekly routine since then. I'm not perfect yet, but I'm glad that my gut now longer sticks out! I'm 6'3", I used to weigh 235, now I weight about 245. I've always been told I'd be the type to get big, since I am not a twig, I've always been pretty stocky.
Anyways, so I've been out of it for a month to focus on a project of mine. That's out of the way for the time being, so now I'm back to hitting a routine. I need to since I've lost 10 lbs in the last month! I'm gonna browse on here, maybe ask some questions and such about a good routine to follow. I'm good with the weights, the only part that is hard for me is the diet... most of the time I'm out roaming around, and it's hard to maintain a proper diet. Fast food is too common, and easy. I don't know if there is a way around that, but I'm open to ideas.
