Hi,
I am Johanna and I really need to get my weight loss going. I did it once before and lost about 30 pounds, which is what I want to lose again this time. I held it for a few years, but then a nasty break up and those terrible habits crept back into my lifestyle, which means I am back at square one (well, square two, I am still about 8 pounds lighter than last time when I started).
I have a plan and plenty of goals, fitness goals, weight loss goals, and dress size goals... and now it is just one day at a time I guess. I will write it all out in detail in my journal, so if you are interested, please come and read there.
A little bit about me: I am 27, female, about 5'5 and I think just about shy of 160 pounds (will weigh in naked and all tomorrow, my weight is an estimate from weighing myself fully dressed at work). I work two jobs, one in health and one with children and I am looking forward to starting over.
