just saying a newbe hello

Hi Everyone;

I'm a newbe here on this forum. Thought I'd stop by and say hello and
see if I can help someone and who knows, maybe someone can offer
me some help

I'm an old man living in Tennessee. I tried living several other places
but didn't like them well enough to want to die there so I returned
back to Tennessee.

Ok, I know this is a weight lost forum so I get to the subject.
Maybe someone here will be able to give me some advise. everyone I have
contacted about my weight problem want to charge a lot of money.

I have been trying to lose 125 Lbs for about 45 years but haven't been able
to get rid of the weight.

Here are somethings I've tried. I tried running away from her when I was
younger, now I try to walk away, just can't lose her. If you can't give me any advise I guess I'll have to keep this extra weight.
