so heres my ticker &amp; my journal. im hoping this helps me to stay focused on my goals. so far today i have done great with my diet. and i have already walked over 6,000 steps so i am only 4 thousand away and i still have alot of daytime left. tonight i will do my strength training after my baby girl goes to sleep. so there we have it. dont have alot of time to put much an entry in, but i will check back in soon.
 
I did get my steps in yesterday and I really did amazing with my diet. As a result i lost 2 pounds! Woohoo!!! We will see if I can get below 160. That has been my point of no return since i had my daughter. Between 160-170 has been where i've been balancing for the last few months. So four more pounds to go and i will have broken my barrier :) Wish me luck!
 
Good Luck LadyLisa! You are doing great! I'm convinced exercise is the key to making the weight come off quicker than just diet! Keep focus and your goals will be before you before you know it!
