Just joined!

I haven't heard of this site before today, but the topics seem to be dead on with the things that interest me the most about nutrition & fitness. I consider this to be part of a lifestyle, and it's one that I recommend 100%.

We all have our days when we cheat, or skip workouts, but discussing and swamping information/tips is a wicked way to stay focused and on track.

I don't work within the fitness field...I'm a headhunter who works ridiculously long hours, but loves working out and being healthy. Anyways, I think that's a pretty good sized intro.

Thanks for the warm welcome...I wasn't able to respond to your PM yet (still have to join as a member) but wanted to say thank you and this site is proving to be pretty on point for what I was looking for. Looking forward to taking full advantage of the forums & tools available.
