Hi Everyone, I just joined after browsing the forum and site last night. I am 23 in college full time and work a lot and have let myself get to the lowest point in my life! I am depressed and determined to shed this awful extra weight. I am 5'4" 23 years old and as of this morning weight 175.5! I always was around 130 and that is where I would like to be again. My boyfriend is very supportive and is trying to loose some weight but he is fit already. I do have a gym membership but I am unsure what to do at the gym as far as machines to use, etc. I don't want to be super muscular just slim and toned. I also have 2 dogs and am determined to walk up in the mornings to walk/run with them! Also, I am a very picky eater which has challenged me when I want to eat healthy but I am trying to branch out a little
