Hi everyone!

I'm Kara i just joined.
I've been working out for 9 months now and it has been very successful, i have one question and i want to know if anyone is having this problem i work out my daily routine 2 times a day i' m a waitress so i clearly get good cardio and i eat fairly healthy i drink water, but i seem to be blooded lately and it's making me feel really over weight and i don't know whats causing it anyone know?

Haha. Ok, now I see! :)

The biggest thing that affects how much water I retain is salt. I can directly tie feeling bloated to eating too much salty foods .. or to drinking alcohol. Maybe keeping an eye on the salt you're eating will help.

Also drinking more water will help flush out any excess salts and get the extra water out of your system
