I just wanted to say hello! I just joined today and this looks like exactly what I need! I've been stuck at my current weight since my daughter was born almost 5 years ago, and had my son 3 years ago, and my weight has gone down a little, but then back up to my current weight. 6 months ago I tried a diet that cut out sugar, and I lost 20 pounds, but then started experiencing bad reactions to it, so I basically gave up.
Now I just want to focus on eating healthier - exercise has always been a part of my life, just not very consistent! Luckily I have my kids as my motivator -they love to go on walks! And now I have NO excuses to not walk, because my husband bought me a treadmill for my birthday! (By my request)
