I've just started with a personal trainer to lose 30kg in 12 weeks, i have started a very strict diet of 1200 cal and exercising every day for a minimun of 45 min , getting my heart rate to 160 and keeping it there.

Has anyone else achieved this huge achievement.:)
 
what's your current weight/height/age

what made you pick 1200 calories as your diet...

Having anything that strict, I've found, tends to doom a person to failure, it makes m roe sense to have something you can live with for the rest of your life...

What is the inspiration for the quick trim down? A special date looming ahead?

It's great that you have goals and have stated them in writing. It's also great that you have a personal trainer. Are you starting a diary here?

Mind if we ask the original weight, height? Might give some people more info to help you.

I lost 30lb+. It took me over 1 1/2 years, but slow steady changes were what worked for me for long term success.

It'll be great for you if you get big success quickly if you make sure to have a long term plan for permanent changes in place.
