I'm still right on track! My scale says I've lost 5 pounds.... can that be? In any case I feel wonderful, and I've stuck to my goal. Reading all your stories here really helps!
I'm going to increase my exercise routine... haven't had any sore muscles at all. Slowly but surely I'll get up to an hour of exercise at least 3-4 times a week. Crunches I will do every day since I have an ab cruncher machine and it's very handy.
I don't know why but it has not been difficult for me to say no to the junk food... I'm really determined to reach my goal.
Oh, and I got my hair cut the other day and I love it! About 7 inches of hair fell to the floor and it was good ridance. Now it's soft and bouncy and hip! Just the change I needed.
