Hello all - just introducing myself. I'm 37 years old and have struggled with weight issues for as many of those 37 years as I can remember! I currently have over 100 pounds to lose and I'm just looking to find and perhaps even provide motivation. It would be extremely interesting to me to know how many pounds I have gained and lost in the past 20 years - my lowest weight being 115 and my highest 280. I am under no delusions of fast and easy weight loss - just looking to connect with fellow travellers who are walking the same path.
