I need help. I’m 5 foot 6” and weigh 163 pounds. I’m 13 years old and am a pain junkie (so the rubber band thing dont work). I need to be 115-125 pounds by mid June latest. I’m not afraid to get dangerous on this I just need it now. My plan so far is burn 5000 cals a day and I’ll get to my goal. I need to find ways to make myself do it; I have no equiptment aside from a punchbag, some weights, a rower in my basement (used to be my dads) and no motivation which has wasted the past three months for me. I tried starving and the mia way but it doesn't work. I can go for runs because im in the middle of nowhere by a highway and biking don’t work either. I'm really not stupid, I just wont wait any longer and let my obsession with my looks control my life. How can I push myself as far as fucking possible?
Please cut the crap and tell me how. I don’t care if I hurt myself or If I die trying and I don’t care to safely do it.

well I supose burning 5000 (on top of my daily average anyways) is too crazy a decift
I eat health nut anyways with a little junk but thats it really. lets assume I do high intenisty cardio seven days a week for the next 6 weeks as well as losing any waterweight, how much do you think I could lose of how could I improve that? plus I still need motivation to the max because what Im doing now isnt helping at all
