just getting started

Hi, everyone! I am just starting my fitness program and have chosen a 5K run in June as my first goal. I am both excited and nervous. I have A LOT of work to do between now and then!! Any and all support and/or suggestions would be welcome!!!! Thanks!
 
welcome to the forum - feel free to start yourself up a diary - it gives us a chance to know you better and a place to offer support and encouragement.

Good luck with your first goal - sounds like a good one - if you haven't -- coolrunning's website has, what i'm told is. a pretty good training plan - it's their couch to 5K plan - to get non runners - running. :D
