just gaining more weight

So iv been watching EVERYTHING im eating. Im working 7 days a week, and yet im still gaining weight. Right now im 297. People tell me its muscle because I have been lifting a lot, but I gained like 4 pounds in a week. So I dont see how I could get that much muscle in a week.

I know how to eat when on a strict diet, and I have not slipped up at any time. Iv been working for longer that a month, and haven't lost an ounce.
 
You will lose weight if you are on a caloric deficit. Just watching what you eat doesn't really mean anything if you don't know what to watch for.

What is your MT line? and how much ar you taking in a deficit?

btw buddy, your weight can fluctuate between 1-5 lbs. a day depending on whether or not you've eaten, crapped etc. I wouldn't worry about it.
 
Yeah, your weight can really fluctuate from day to day. I recommend that you don't weigh yourself but once every two weeks to get a better measure of your weight change. Also, it may be beneficial for you to get a tape measure and measure key body points (biceps, chest, waist, hips, thighs, and calves) at your weigh-ins in order to keep a visual track on your weight loss and body development.
