I'm 40 and trying to get back in shape like a lot of other people.
I started changing my eating habits and exercising more.
I was 216 in April, and just got down to 199 recently. It is good to be under 200 again! My goal is to get down to 175. I think my weight loss is kind of stalling at 199-200. I have a Smith machine at home as well as a treadmill. I've cut down on my calories and am trying to eat natural foods, low carbs, high protein, lots of water and take a multivitamin. I'm working on trying to save up for an exercise bike and rowing machine because the treadmill is a little hard on my knees. Well I don't want to ramble too much, just a quick intro.
