Just found this site, again

Hello everyone! :seeya: Wow, I use to come here about 4 years ago. My computer crashed and I lost all my favorites. I stumbled on this site again last night. I am hoping to get back on the weight loss track so I am happy to be here. I had lost about 13 pounds since I was last here and have gained it all back. Here's to a new start for me!
 
Welcome back. Sorry to learn of the computer crash. I wouldnt be able to find half the sites that I use either if that happened to me.

Good luck for your new project.

am just new myself, feel like I'm "lost" in some huge shopping complex that I've never been to before and just trying to figure out how to get into the first shop.... wow I didn't even know you could do this 4 years ago! I really wish I had come here sooner.

Anyway Cricket, welcome back! I look forward to hearing how you go.... :)

I suggest that you both visit the diaries of some of the more successful weight losers and see what they do. What works for them may well work for you.

good to be back in nz. Omega - I have started reading up on some of the links that you've given. Thanks very much for the information, I have a book called Vitamins and Minerals that am reading up on.

Hey Cricket, have you decided how often you'll weigh yourself? Or settled on a food plan yet?

Hi again everyone! I've decieded to start after Christmas on a new eating and exercise plan. The Holidays are so hectic for me that I know I would not have any success if I started now.
I will be looking here for motivation and I will post about my plans. I know I really need this place for encouragement. Reading here about everyones' journeys does give me hope that I will be able to get in shape.
I have alot going on here at home and I don't have anyone in real life to talk with. I know It has gotten out of hand, my eating and doing nothing. I do walk my dog alot but I need to form a plan and to stick to it. I thank all of you for all your positive thoughts. :)
