Just can't lose weight please help....

Hi everyone. This sucks as my first post but I really need help and have run out of ideas. I'm a female 23, 6'2 and 160lbs. I'm extremely active, I train, I do marathons, and duathlons. I do 40min to 1hr runs everyday. In addition, I do pilates, I skip daily for 10mins, do crunches, squats, lunges,...etc,. But no matter what I do I can't get rid of the flab around my waist, my legs and my butt just seem to keep growing and my stomach that used to be flat and toned is just poofy now. Jeans, that I fit into, were loose, and needed a belt for now either are too tight or I don't fit. I eat small snacks throughout the day and sometimes I don't eat anything. My caloric intake is always under 700 or 800 (usually even less) which I know is not healthy. I eat salad with no dressing and chicken. I'll have the odd protein shake.
I know I have a mental problem and eating disorder. My boyfriend thinks I'm insane and says that I'm perfect and I look the same but if I do then why do my clothes no longer fit. Why do I feel disgusting and fat all the time. I spend everyday now crying at some point about my weight and things just keep getting worse. I don't think I'll ever be happy unless I'm just skin and bones but I can survive if I was 10-15lbs less. If anyone has any advice or training tips please let me know. I've even been looking into endermologie and liposuction as well.
Maybe I can post some pics of the areas of myself that I'm concerned with sometime.

Thanks,

I strongly feel its your undereating that is holding you back from seeing progress however if you know you have an eating disorder then you may want to talk to a licensed professional. That is not something you should continue on with as it will greatly hurt you down the road.

Post up exactly what you eat and the times you are eating. Like I said above, it looks like your diet is holding you back from losing fat. At a caloric intake that low, your body will store fat to use as energy as it won't know when and if it's next feeding will be.

Unfortunately it's not perfect in my eyes :( . I want to be 145 to 150 max.

Here is roughly what I had last week:

Mon- 7-8am- nothing; 11:30-2 gnc protein shake with milk and an apple; 3pm- yogurt, apple; 7pm- skinless chicken breast and some salad (just tomato and lettuce no dressing)

Tues- 7-8am- no fat yogurt (3 spoons); 11:30- protein shake with milk, banana; 3pm a couple pieces of whole wheat bread and blueberry jam; 7:30pm- canned chicken soup.

Wed- 7-8am- none; 11:30- protein shake with milk, orange juice; 3pm apple and some peanut butter; 8pm- chicken soup, salad.

Thurs- 7-8am- coffee, yogurt; 11:30- protein shake, juice; 3pm- cereal (Kashi), yogurt; 8:30pm- skinless chicken breast, salad.

Fri- 7-8am- none; 11:30- protein shake; 3pm- yogurt, bread and jam; 7pm- salad.

Sat 7-8am- coffee, yogurt; 11:30- protein shake; 4pm- cereal (Kashi); 8pm- a lean cuisine dinner.

Sun 7-8am- none; 11:30- protein shake; 2pm- bread and jam; 8pm- chicken soup.

So that's roughly it. I only have whole wheat bread and eat things very plain. Some things that I didn't include in this is that I drink a lot of water everyday to help keep me feeling a little full. Also, every evening after 7 or 8pm I snack on Kashi cereal out of the box, probably works out to a half a serving or so. I'll also a couple times a week have a small square of chocolate. I'll have a tea every evening as well. Some months I also take a GNC multivitamin for women then when I'm done the bottle I restart a few weeks to a month later.

So I know this can't be good. Let me know your suggestions or ideas.

Thanks,

Eat normally. You are only lowering your metabolism by undereating and skipping meals. You are making yourself gain weight by not eating enough. I'm not a nutrition expert, so I wouldn't be good at planning out a diet for you. Ask the doc, he always knows what to do.

Plenty of low-fat fish or white meat is good, some healthy cereal in the morning with skim milk, make sure that you have some fat-free yogurt in there as well, a PB and J sandwich with whole-grain break is good for your good fats on the day, and of course the salad with minimal low-fat dressing is good to get your vegetables. Some strawberries or grapes or some kind of fruit that you enjoy is essential.

Thanks. When they are in season, I do eat strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, etc. I also have an apple, banana, or whatever other fruit or vegetable is around when I'm feeling really hungry in the afternoon or at night.

you're training more than enough to be eating more than you are. the calories you calculate are roughly half of what you need to keep yourself going on a daily basis without the extra exercise.

get plenty of good fats in and eat a decent breakfast, you dont need low fat options just go for good, proper food with proper nutritional values.

i can absolutely, whole heartedly guarantee you that you should listen to your boyfriend. you sound absolutely miserable so trust in him and do something that is a little away from your current mindset. if you are seeing real chances to your body it will only be a negative reaction to the lack of fuel your giving it. eat more and more often and it'll balance right back out in no time.

Is it all right to be snacking a little close to bedtime or should I have more set eating times. Like eat several times a day but not after 7pm?

You are severely undereating as I stated above. My calculations, based on your stats for fat loss, is in the 1500 calorie range. You need to start eating every 2.5 hours and consuming healthy protein, fats, and carbs.

If you need help figuring out what to eat, check out my grocery list here or over at my forum.

So you're saying that I should be eating at least 1500 calories to lose fat then?

I'd say that would be a very good place to start. Combine that with a good cardio/weight training approach and I'm sure you will see good results.
