Hi everyone,

My name is Melissa, I'm married and I will be 26 in 2 weeks.

About 5 years ago before I met my husband I had lost a lot of weight (165lbs at my lowest) but, when I met him it all came back (my highest being 230lbs in April 2009).

My goal then was 150lbs and I was so close but, I guess I got distracted, lol. Since, I have made some changes recently (deciding to go back to school for my dream job), I have decided I want to shoot for my goal again.

I don't exercise and eat pretty poorly so, I have a long way to go.
 
It's a great start to realize what you need to change. Start with small steps toward your goals and success will follow. Best of luck, you can do it!
