Hello everyone. I'm sure it isn't that hard to tell, but I am new here. :)

I am 17 y/o and I weigh about 254 pounds. I know that's a lot and it's not a number I really like to advertise. I have made a lot of bad decisions, but recently I have had a reality check and I want to set things right for myself. I found this website while Googling for weight loss communities, and I am glad I found it. I have done a little reading and this just seems like a great place.

I have set a goal for about 180 pounds, but I will be very happy with anything under 200.

I really don't know much of anything about the right things to do and the wrong things to do and what not, but I am hoping to learn from here.
