Hi All
Just a quick introduction for the hell of it
Had weight problems for quite some time (i'm 23, been overweight/obese since probably 12-13). Three years ago i decided it was time to make a change (i was 117kg's, 186cm's tall) and went on low-carb for about 4 months, i lost 35kg's in that time and felt pretty happy about it (though i have since gone off the idea of low-carb through reading about nutrition etc.). Since then i have gone back up to 100 due to lack of monitoring and have now changed my way of eating again - this time just plain old low calorie. I have put quite a lot of research into it this time and have a fairly good idea of how much i can expect to lose and how long it will take (my goal weight is 70kg, would like to be there by July/August which should be attainable)
