just a newby and needing motivation...

Hi my name is Lisa,

I am recovering from an eating disorder and have put on quite a bit of weight. wanting to lose a couple of kilos, but do so healthily. I do go to the gym and see a personal trainer once a week. I do try and eat healthy but when i go to the extreme i tend to pig out of junk food and feel so guilty that i just keep eating. My biggest weakness is lollies!! i can easily eat a whole family pack on my own in under 30 minutes!!! GROSS!!! Really just need motivation and inspiration that i can be healthy and lose a few kilos without going overboard like i have in the past. Look forward to chatting to people and getting some helpful tips and inspiration!!!
