How about the fact that Ive lost almost 35 lbs, sure I'm still a little overweight, I answer a lot of questions around here, and Im 29 years old.
I can also tell you who answers a lot of questions here
Myself - Started 276 originally, dropped to 221, injured my knee in a baseball game I was calling, gained some weight while being inactive, started again at 283, down now to 248.
Abear - In very good shape and very knowledgeable with weight lifting
Evolution - (Im guessing) a student of some kind, studying weight training at college
Adler - knows his stuff about weight training
Spockafina - our resident nutritional guru, who happens to be 21.
Pumpster-
Mreik
Man of Steel - these three are also great sources of weight training knowledge.
Im sure there are others , I apologize for missing you guys/gals.
Were not overweight teenagers, nor are we claiming to be experts. We're not preaching gospel and were not holding guns to peoples heads and making them take our advice. If you don't want our advice, don't take it. Don't be bashing the people who come to this board day in and day out, giving advice on stuff we have researched on. Do I have to come here everyday and give what knowledge I've gained ? Hell no I don't. I do it to help people cut the out the bull**** information thats out there, the stuff that I (and most of the people who give advice on this board) have already cut through. Know the facts before you make comments like you did. Most of the people giving advice on this forum are adults who have or are achieving their fitness goals, not overweight teenagers like you claim.
