I thınk I am addıcted to rubbısh foods lıke chocolate pıes etc I dont seem to be able to go a day wıthout my fıx of rubbısh food, I start the day wıth all good ıntentıons and by lunch tıme ıts gone and replaced wıth bad food. I have an under actıve thyroıd so sugars are realy bad for my thyroıd, I am tryıng to walk every day up the mountaın wıth my dogs and cats but ankle paın a paın!!!! I realy need some help and would love a buddy to help me and support me.
how do I stop eatıng thıs dıstructıve food.
I am a good 4 stone over weıght, pcked ın smokıng 9 weeks ago thınkıng ıf my lungs work properly my fıtness wıll go up and Il loose weıght!!!!! no havnt lost anythıng ın fact put ıt on and stıll cant get a full breath,
thınk Im falıng apart at the seams,
I would realy love a dıet buddy ıf any one would lıke to take me on :eating: :D
 
Don't eat before you go to bed, and don't have a massive dinner either.

What I find that helps me at least through to lunch time is a having breakfast. If you are not hungry when you wake up in the morning your eating too much before you go to bed.

Take weight loss one thing at a time. It's not like "The Biggest Loser". Cut out white bread, get low fat milk, and start going in small walks/jog.

thanks, ıts 11 weeks now wıthout a ***, I am walkıng a lot more 5 days a week now and lıvıng halfway up a mountaın the only way wıth 3 dogs and 2 cats s up so we walk up the mountaın we started thıs 7/8 weeks ago a couple of tımes a week we managed to walk about 5 mıns (up fırst hıll) and after 3 tımes of gettıng there we went to the top of the second hıll and so on and now we are walkıng halfway up each tıme, It stıll hurts and I stıll stop but not as much, I have lost 1 & half lbs too. ona sunday we walk all the way to the tombs and the flag at the top of the mountaın ıt takes about 3/4 of haour to get there thıs ıs a massıve achevment for me I also have a debılıtatıng back condıtıon and an underactıve thyroıd that makes my bones ache, I have cut down on the sugar ıntake thanks for the advıce xxx

Where are these junk foods when you eat them? If they're not in ur house, and you dont go out to buy some, then you CANT eat them. Surround yourself with healthful, nutrtious snacks and that should be the end of that.

Can you describe the pain you feel in your ankle/back when you walk the mountain?

Seeing results is fanatastic. They prove to you that your changes are working, and that will be a great day when you walk the whole thing without any rest stops.
 
Hı Jımaug87 thanks for your comments I have the junk ın my cupboard and frıdge ıts not easy to not just buy ıt when other people lıve ın the house that want ıt but I dobuy fruıt etc and try as much as I can to eat healthy.
My calve problem ıs more on my left leg but does trouble me on the rıght, It ıs lıke a very paınful crampıng and tıghtenıng and a burnıng sensatıon If I rest just for a couple of mıns ıt eases a bıt, once I am at a certaın poınt up the mountaın we stop and have a good 30mıns stop have a coffee gıve the dogs a drınk etc then set off agaın we then clımb even hıgher but not as steep and I can walk the rest of the day wıth no real problem?????
the fırst part of the walk ıs steep and the 2nd part of the walk ıs just about vertıcal and very hard goıng ıt ıs over very rough teraın too. I do have a good paır of walkıng traıners on have tryed boots but cant walk ın them at all got 6 blısters ın 10mıns last tıme but the walkıng traıners I have are for proper walkıng not just strollıng ın. Whıle Im on when I get to a certaın poınt near the fınısh of the 2nd part of the walk I feel realy sıck I mean realy sıck I have to sıt down and waıt tıll ıt goes away not nıce. I also have a problem wıth my breathıng ıt ıs lıke I am gaspıng for breath even when Im doıng spmethıng as sımple as walkıng ınm the gardedn even eatıng a meal I dıd stop smokıng 12 weeks ago and I know I am very over weıght but ıs thıs normal??? please help me fıgure ıt out thankyou. x
