I love to jump rope. Just recently I've read about how great of a cardio exercise it is and I really want to try it out.
However, I'm worried that my calves will get bulkier from doing so. They're already big to start with, and I couldn't bear it if they became any bigger!
Has anyone used jumping rope as their exercise routine? What kind of results did you see?
