Most people have done these before but here's the gist of it.
You weigh once a week (choose whatever day you like best), and choose a goal for the end of the month.
Anyone can join at any time during the month!

January 2: 183.5
January 9: 177.4 (-6.1) :)
January 16: 177.4 (0) :(
January 23: 174.4 (-3)
January 30: 173.2 (-1.2)

My goal will be 174

January 3, 2015: 180.5
January 10, 2015: (target = 179.5)
January 17, 2015: (target = 178.5)
January 24, 2015: (target = 177.5)
January 31, 2015: (goal = 176.5)

Looking for that elusive pound a week which will get me down to my ultimate goal of around 161 in time for swimming season.

All of my goals are dependent on whether or not I have a quick drop back to my pre holiday low. I'm hopeful.

My goal will be 174

Good week this week with all my water weight coming off. I'm hoping I can change my goal to 168 or something. Will see what next week weigh in brings before I decide to brave that!

January 3, 2015: 180.5
January 10, 2015: 178.5 (target = 179.5)
January 17, 2015: (target = 178.5)
January 24, 2015: (target = 177.5)
January 31, 2015: (goal = 176.5)

So far so good, but I was down to 177 yesterday before last night's revelry. I may have to stop the revelry...

Felt the need to pop in and mention that I hit my end of the month goal today. Now I could rebound again, but I'm going to be optimistic and set new goals.

January 24, 2015: (target = 269.0)
January 31, 2015: (goal = 267.0)
 
January 24, 2015: 271.2 (target = 269.0) +1.4 :(
January 31, 2015: (goal = 267.0)

That's what I get for bragging. Keeping the new goals and hoping and working for the best.

EDIT: 268.8 as of this morning (January 26, 2015) so there is hope for the new goal yet.
